Biomimetic Mesh

Biomimetic honeycomb mesh lenses, including a base layer of the lenses, a hard layer of the lens, and a layer of honeycomb mesh film. Through a special coating method, the honeycomb mesh film is coated on the surface of the lenses substrate, forming several honey-comb like grids, similar to a lens, which causes diffuse reflection of incident light and greatly reduces the intensity of light entering the eye. The beneficial effect of the present invention is to provide a biomimetic honeycomb mesh lens and a coating method for the honeycomb mesh film layer. The lenses can effectively reflect and filter strong light passing through the lenses, reduce light intensity, reduce damage to the eye caused by strong light, and ensure comfortable viewing in scorching sun.
